REVO Wellness
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2, 2026 · Version 1
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains what REVO Wellness LLC ("REVO", "we", "us"), of St. Petersburg, Florida, collects when you use the REVO app and website at app.revostpete.com, why, who sees it and the choices you have.
We don't sell your personal information, and the app runs no advertising or tracking tools.
This policy covers the REVO app. REVO Clinical's medical services are separate and handled under REVO Clinical's own policies. Section 4 explains what is shared when you ask REVO Clinical to contact you through this app.
2. What we collect
Almost everything comes from you, as you use the app. We collect only what each feature needs.
- Account: your name, email and password (stored only in scrambled form), to run your account.
- Sign-in security: IP address, browser and device type, and sign-in attempts, to keep you signed in and block password guessing.
- Location you give us: time zone, city, state and ZIP code, to show days in your time zone, show REVO partners near you, and tell REVO where customers are so we know where to add partners.
- Your profile: age, sex, height, weight, goal, experience, schedule, equipment, eating style, foods you avoid and allergies, to set up the right program and meal plan.
- Training: every set's weights and reps, ratings, Training 1RMs, post-workout answers and Reset Days, to run your program and show your progress.
- Daily check-ins: how you feel, sleep, energy, stress, soreness, food and water, pain notes and body weight, for your history and progress, and to help a coach spot patterns.
- Nutrition: goal weight, morning weights, waist, weekly check-ins, meal choices and logs, and the food log (including barcodes you scan), to serve and adjust your meal plan.
- InBody scans: date, weight, muscle, body fat and a photo of the printout, for your body-composition charts and so REVO can check a scan.
- Free assessment: first name, email, your answers (including "how you feel" questions such as energy and sex drive), your results, and your consent to emails and texts with the time, IP address and browser, for your results, follow-up and proof of consent.
- Purchases: what you bought, the amount, date and status, and Stripe's payment reference, for access, refunds and payment disputes.
- Agreements: which version of the Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy you agreed to and when, and what you confirmed about your health, as proof of agreement.
- Requests: coaching applications, and Ask REVO Clinical requests (the services you're interested in and an optional phone number), to answer you.
- Invites and friends: your invite code, who invited whom, rewards earned and your friends list, for invite rewards and the scoreboard.
- Cookbook: your favorite recipes and shopping list.
We never see your card number: Stripe handles it.
3. Health-related information
Some of what you share is about your health or body: allergies, pain notes, sleep, stress, soreness, body weight, waist, InBody results and their photos, your answers to the assessment's "how you feel" questions, and which REVO Clinical services you ask about.
- We use it only to run your program and the services you ask for, never for advertising, and we never sell it.
- Only you, your REVO coach and REVO staff can see it, apart from the uses in section 4 that you choose (such as asking REVO Clinical to contact you).
- The health confirmation stores no health answers. It records only that you confirmed the statement, the exact wording you saw, and when.
- REVO isn't a healthcare provider through this app, and the app isn't a medical record.
4. Who sees your information
- You see everything in your account.
- Your REVO coach, if you have one, sees your profile, check-ins, workouts, nutrition, Reset Days and InBody scans, to coach you.
- REVO staff can see accounts to run the business: orders, support, refunds and checking scans. Staff actions such as granting or removing access are logged.
- Your friends on the scoreboard see your name, points and badges only, never your weights, lifts or scans. You choose who's on it and can remove anyone.
- REVO Clinical, only when you ask it to contact you: we pass on the services you're interested in, your contact details and the consent you ticked, by email to REVO staff and as tags in our contact system (section 5). Your assessment answers stay in REVO's own database; our contact system only learns that REVO Clinical may be a fit.
- Payment disputes: if you dispute a charge, we may send Stripe and your bank what you bought, what you agreed to and when, and how you used it (for example, how many workouts you logged).
- The law: we may share information when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
- Partners shown in the app never get your information.
- If REVO is sold or merged, your information would go to the new owner under this policy.
5. Companies that help run REVO
These companies handle information for us, only to provide their service:
- Stripe takes payments. It gets your card and billing details (entered on Stripe's own form), the amount and your email.
- Vercel hosts the app, and our database host stores REVO's database.
- Resend sends REVO's emails. It gets your email address and the email's content.
- GoHighLevel is REVO's contact and follow-up system. It gets your name, email, your mobile number if you agreed to texts, and tags for what you did (such as created an account, bought, or asked about a REVO Clinical service). It never gets your workouts, goals, messages or assessment answers.
- Open Food Facts looks up barcodes for the Food Scanner. It gets the barcode number only.
- Shopify runs the supplement store's cart and checkout. It gets what's in your cart and what you enter at Shopify's checkout.
6. Emails and texts
- Account and purchase emails (password resets, "You're in" after a purchase, alerts about your account) are part of the service.
- Marketing emails (training tips, offers, follow-ups) come from REVO. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing doesn't affect your account.
- Texts only if you ticked a box agreeing to them, which shows its own fine print. Reply STOP to end them, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- We keep a record of what you agreed to, the exact wording, and when.
7. Cookies
REVO uses only the cookies the app needs to work. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
- Sign-in: keeps you signed in until you sign out or it expires.
- Invite: remembers a friend's invite link until you sign up, for up to 30 days.
- Supplement cart: remembers your supplement cart for up to 30 days.
The barcode scanner uses your phone's camera inside your browser. The camera picture stays on your phone; only the barcode number is used.
8. How long we keep it
- We keep your information while you have an account, so your programs, history and progress are there when you come back.
- To delete your account, email bryce@revostpete.com from the address on your account. We'll delete or anonymize your information and confirm when it's done.
- Some records we keep after that, for as long as the law or a payment dispute needs them: orders and payments, the terms you agreed to, and proof of consent to emails or texts.
- Free assessment answers from people who never created an account are kept until they ask us to delete them.
9. Your choices and rights
Email bryce@revostpete.com from the address on your account to:
- get a copy of the information we hold about you;
- correct something that's wrong (most of it you can also change in the app);
- delete your account and information;
- stop marketing emails or texts (or use the unsubscribe link, or reply STOP).
We'll answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm it's you first. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's law, and we'll honor them.
10. Security, children, location and changes
- Security: passwords are stored only in scrambled form, the app is served over an encrypted connection, access is limited to people who need it, and repeated wrong passwords are blocked. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
- Children: REVO is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the free assessment stops before saving anything if someone says they're under 18. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
- Where it's stored: in the United States.
- Changes: when we change this policy, we'll post the new version with its date, and the app records which version you agreed to.
